Golden color, limpid and brilliant. Finesse and elegance characterize the tasting: a floral touch dominated by honeysuckle is followed by a hint of anise. The velvety substance takes hold of our taste buds, well balanced by a mineral note. A light vanilla frame completes the aromatic palette of this wine.
This cuvée comes from a selected plot to give particularly round and powerful wines. This climat is vinified in demi-muid (of French origin and of all ages) bringing it complexity, harmony and aptitude for aging. This cuvée can be tasted with fish, white meats in sauce or cheeses such as blue ones.
