Tasting Notes

Bright straw yellow with light golden reflections. The nose is refined and fruit-driven, with aromas of lemon, ripe apple, white peach, pear and delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is dry, fresh and balanced, combining Chardonnay’s soft texture with lively Mediterranean freshness. The finish is clean, elegant and lightly mineral.

Food Pairing

Excellent as an aperitif and with grilled fish, seafood, shellfish, poultry, creamy pasta dishes, vegetable risotto, fresh cheeses and Mediterranean salads. Also pairs well with lightly spiced dishes and refined vegetarian cuisine.
