Deep ruby red in color with intense aromas of black cherries, ripe plums, blackberry, cacao, tobacco, and subtle balsamic notes. The palate is rich and concentrated, with velvety tannins, Mediterranean herbs, dark chocolate nuances, and a long, structured finish combining power and elegance.

Food Pairing

Excellent with grilled red meats, slow-cooked lamb, wild boar, game dishes, aged cheeses, truffle preparations, and rich Italian cuisine such as osso buco or ragù-based pasta dishes.
