Tasting Notes

Bright straw yellow with golden-green reflections. The nose is expressive and refined, with aromas of citrus zest, white peach, pear, acacia blossom, sage and subtle mineral notes. On the palate, it is fresh, dry and vibrant, combining aromatic intensity with crisp acidity and a slightly saline, mineral finish. Elegant, lively and gastronomic.

Food Pairing

Excellent with seafood, shellfish, grilled fish, sushi, fresh goat cheese, vegetable risotto, white meats, asparagus, Mediterranean salads and light pasta dishes. Also very suitable as an aperitif.
